What Hosts Ask Before Signing Up...
No. We operate as a co-host on your account. You remain the primary host and keep full ownership of your listing, your reviews, and your calendar. If you ever cancel, everything stays with you.
It covers your initial onboarding: a full property intake, listing audit and optimization, connecting your Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com listings to our management software, and a one-on-one onboarding call where we walk through every detail of your property.
For hosts who aren't currently doing dynamic pricing, we typically see a 10-20% increase in revenue. We adjust your nightly rates based on local events, demand patterns, seasonality, and comparable listings in your area.
You can cancel anytime. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. You keep your listing, your reviews, and your calendar. We just remove ourselves as co-host and you're back to self-managing.
No. We focus on the four things that save you the most time and get you a return on your investment: guest communication, cleaner scheduling, listing optimization, and revenue management. This keeps our pricing flat and predictable. For maintenance, we recommend keeping a local handyman or your existing contacts.
You'll have the same two people on your property, fluent in English and Spanish, rotating shifts so someone is always covering guests. Hospitality runs 24/7, so one of them is always on call for overnight emergencies too. They get familiar with your listing over time, which means better answers and faster handling. It's a small fractional team on your property, not a big call center.
After you sign up, you fill out a detailed property intake form and our team gets to work optimizing your listing and building out a comprehensive revenue strategy so we can price your property to demand. Then we schedule a 45-60 minute onboarding call where we review every detail, connect your listings to our software, and get everything live.
